The decision to phase out sterling silver as one of the available metals, is one I've felt very strongly about for quite some time now. As our brand continues to evolve so does the quality of our products. It has always been my desire to offer pieces that not only help our customers capture their unique stories now, but they can proudly wear (daily) and pass down to their children and grandchildren one day. I want to focus on offering the very best materials for our products as we continue to elevate them.

Why are we discontinuing Sterling Silver?

Our focus going forward is to remain a small batch custom brand that takes great pride in all aspects of the process, from design to execution - with the end goal of becoming a legacy brand within the jewelry industry. Part of this shift is phasing out sterling silver as a material that no longer reflects our brand standards going forward. What we've seen in the past 15 years of crafting our jewelry pieces is that 14K gold offers the best in durability, sustainability and long term value...all qualities we strive for as a brand.

Why have we offered silver until now? Simply put, we recognize that not everyone has the budget for 14k gold jewelry. We've offered sterling silver as an alternative to the higher price of gold while still keeping the white metal color. Since we offer all three colors of 14K gold (yellow, white and rose) picking white gold is a great option for those who still like white metal.

What does this mean for you?

More than anything we want to be transparent with you, our loyal customers and community! While we've grown a lot since our beginnings in 2008, our focus has always been to serve you in the best way possible. We desire for all our pieces to last you a lifetime, hold their value and remain as beautiful as the day you received them. As we continue to elevate our products, 14K gold (yellow, white and rose) will be the only metal we will offer for the majority of our jewelry products. The last day you can purchase a NEW silver product will be March 1st.

Repeat Customers: If you've ordered a sterling silver product previously and need to order a NEW silver charm, you may add-on to your necklace/bracelet until July 1st via our Add-A-Charm service. After this date, silver will not be available as an option online. Please reach out to us to discuss. You may choose to upgrade to 14k gold (we offer all three colors, yellow, white and rose) starting now through March 15 using a one time discount code - if this is something you're interested in, please reach out to our customer service at to receive next steps.

New Customers:  If you've never ordered from us but would like to order a sterling silver product before this option goes away, you have until March 1 to place your order (and until March 15th to send photos for your custom silhouette jewelry).
