Effective April 12, 2023: Route adds $1.55 for orders under $100 USD, and 2.9% for orders over $100 USD.

Route is automatically selected at check out as we believe it is the smartest choice for shipping your heirloom piece, however you can choose to opt out.

What is Route?

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should any hiccups occur when your package leaves our studio, they are here to help make the process of reproduction quick and simple for both you and us! You can review their policies here to understand which lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover.

How do I file a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged package?

You can start a claim at https://claims.route.com/. All you need is your email address and order number to get started. If your entire package has been lost, please make sure that all parts of your order are selected for replacement. If only partially damaged, please select the appropriate damaged products.

Note: Route will refund the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees.

What if I do not choose Route?

If you opted out of Route and experience the need for a replacement, we will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier and follow their timeline on getting the claim addressed and resolved. Timeline's vary dependent on carrier.

What if my replacement piece through Route gets lost, stolen, or damaged?

Any replacement orders issued by Route are still insured by Route!
