Creating custom pieces is one of our greatest passions here at Vana Chupp Studio. It’s an honor to learn your story and bring it to life through timeless design. Every custom project begins with a $2,500 deposit, which goes toward the final cost of your piece. From first inquiry to final delivery, custom projects typically take 8-10 weeks.

It all begins with a spark — a meaningful idea, a family stone, a memory you want to carry close. Maybe it’s reimagining an heirloom into something you’ll wear every day, or bringing a long-held dream piece to life from scratch.

The Making
Crafted with care
Once the design is finalized, our team or experts and craftsmen gets to work bringing it to life — creating interactive 3D renderings, casting, assembling, and polishing every detail by hand. We oversee every step making sure the final piece turns out exactly as you imagined — and just as special as you hoped it would be.
The final touch
Wrapped with a bow
After 3-4 weeks of production, your piece is ready. Vana personally inspects every detail to make sure it meets our highest standards — and yours. Once it’s just right, we wrap it with care in our signature packaging and send it off to you, ready to be worn, loved, and treasured for years to come.

If you're ready to begin, every custom project starts with a $2,500 deposit, which goes toward the total cost of your piece. From first inquiry to final delivery, custom projects typically take 8–10 weeks.
Talk it through first
Not ready to commit, or want to think through your idea with Vana before moving forward? Book a private 1:1 virtual design consultation for $250. You'll spend 55 minutes with Vana and receive a hand-illustrated rendering of your piece afterward. If you move forward with your project, your $250 is applied toward your $2,500 deposit.
