INSPIRATION :: Sexy Back…. Yard

Good morning! It’s me, Callie.
Callie Grayson from the blog Grayson: a different shade of grey.  I am very excited and extremely honored to be here today. I met Vana almost 2 years ago, and she was one of the first bloggers I started to follow.  We have a lot in common: we both draw & create. She went to school for Architecture and I went to school for Interior Architecture.  We both love to travel and create good food. See we are similar *smile*

Well, let’s get started……
Today, I would like to talk about inspiration.  Last year I purchased my first home. The house had not been lived it for 20 years. So you can imagine the state it was in….. inside and out. I will be posting on what inspires me to create spaces in my home and the landscaping. Over the next few weeks, I hope you will continue to visit as I blog about my projects and how they were inspired with before, during and after photos & images.

The image I posted today is the patio at the home of Ellen Pompeo.  I love the exotic furniture in the photo, so this is my inspiration for my back yard space. I will be landscaping and developing a wonderful summer outdoor room. One were I can sit and relax with a glass of wine with friends or lounge reading a book.  Now, I just need to find that sofa daybed!!  Love the chunky curved legs! The whole space is exotic and sexy!  See you soon.
