GOLD TRADE-IN SERVICE
Turn your unwanted gold jewelry—whether broken, outdated, or a VCS piece you'd like to upgrade—into a VCS store gift card worth 85% of its value. Simply ship your items to us, and we'll test, weigh, and provide you with an estimate.
Step One
Initial Consultation
Reach out to us at info@vanachuppstudio.com to start the process! You can send us pictures or describe what you're sending in. We will provide a PDF form to fill out along with an insured prepaid UPS shipping label.
Step Two
You mail your package
All of your pieces should be separately bagged and separated by material. Everything should be securely sealed in the shipping box of your choice with the provided label securely attached. Drop your box off at any UPS store. Vana Chupp Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, packages lost in transit, theft or damage.
Step Three
You receive a quote
We will test and weigh each of your pieces to determine their value and break it down for you. Once we have received confirmation from you that you'd like to move forward, your old pieces will be sent in to be refined and we will issue you the gift card for the quoted value to be used on any piece in our store! Credit is only valid on VCS pieces or custom projects, you will not be sent a check.
