How it works
You don't have to be local to work with us directly.
Each month, we open eight private consultation spots for clients anywhere in the country. Whether you're designing something new or ready to reimagine a family heirloom, this is where it begins. You'll sit down with Vana — the designer behind every custom piece that leaves our studio — and you'll talk through exactly what you're envisioning.

What's included
Your virtual consultation includes a 55-minute private video call with Vana covering:
— Your existing piece or new design idea
— Preliminary cost and material recommendations
— Stone assessment and design direction
— Vana's expert take on your new piece
Shortly after the call, Vana will deliver a detailed hand illustration of the piece discussed — in full color, with all design notes — for your review and approval.
If you move forward, your $250 applies as a deposit toward the total cost of your piece.
How to prepare
Come ready. Gather any pieces you'd like to redesign, photos, sketches, or inspiration you've been collecting. The more we have to work from, the more we can accomplish during our time together.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations forfeit the consultation fee.
