Shipping Kit Contents
We've put great thought to provide you with piece of mind while utilizing efficient and sustainable tools to help you safely send your piece back to us.
Your kit will include the following items:
- Instructions
- Pre-Labeled Plastic Outer Envelope
- Sturdy Kraft Envelope
- Paper Straw with Small Plastic Bag
You will use everything provided, please follow the instructions carefully to ensure safe arrival of your piece to our studio. Vana Chupp Studio is not responsible for damage of jewelry pieces if they are not packaged as instructed.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Remove all contents of your Kit to ensure all pieces are present. Please review and fill out notes on the sheet of instructions with all applicable information.
Step 2
Remove straw from plastic pouch and carefully thread your chain through and re-clasp. Straw can be cut as needed to accommodate smaller chains. If your chain is broken, simply tape the ends of the chain to the straw.
Step 3
Put your secured straw and jewelry into the plastic pouch to keep everything contained. This helps to keep pieces from tangling.
Step 4
Insert your safely packaged jewelry and filled out instructions into the sturdy kraft (brown) envelope provided. Remove adhesive strip and securely seal envelope.
Step 5
Insert your sealed envelope into the pre-labeled white plastic envelope. Remove adhesive strip and folder over to seal securely.
Step 6
Drop your package off at the nearest UPS store*! Make sure label has been scanned. We will notify you once we receive your package at the studio.
*Vana Chupp Studio is not responsible for any loss if your package is dropped off with any carrier other than UPS. You will be responsible for the full total of the replacement piece.
If any items appear to be missing from your kit, please reach out to us for further instruction. Our Kits are insured for up to $100 via UPS, if you would like to purchase additional insurance for the full cost of your piece please reach out to us as soon as you place your order.
